The Remote Monitoring System helps in monitoring the performance nad health of remote systems and performs performance measurements and trending. Features

Agent

The agent is a service that runs on the remote system to perform monitoring, and information dissemination to the Central Management Server.
Can be cofigured to capture and send system information such as processor, memory performance, battery status and levels, estiamted charge remaining, processess and their memory and CPU utilization.
Can be configured to inform users to save information in case of critical issues that may arise.
Can be remotely configured from the Central Management Server.
Uses standard communiation protocols (HTTP) to work within the security policies of all enterprises.
compacted message transfer results in very little bandwidth used.
Asynchronous "push" based communication.
Offline storage when network connection is not available to store critical information and synchronize with the Central Managemen Server.

Central Management Server

Provides a visually interactive interface to monitor individual systems or groups.
Dashboard can be projected onto a central screen to allow helpdesk to monitor the performance of each remote system.
Configuration of remote systems from the configuration panel.
Server can "Ping" the systems to determine the network availability.

Reports

Dashboard to alert users of critical systems.
Daily report on performance and indicators for benchmarks/ thresholds set.
Date-range based report on overall performance for trending.
Detailed system/ group wise monitoring and reporting.
